Damn...this happened once to us a few years back with a '00 Intrepid, except the towing company used a roll-back and pulled out the bumper trying to get it up...it was quite a mess, and it took 4ever to straighten out >.<

edit:when I say pulled out, I mean as in you would pull out a dent, not pull off
